This page is designed to get you up to speed on the new items included in our computer upgrade that effects MECU member’s online banking experience. Select from the following items to open up a viewer window to learn about that particular topic.

Member Notice: Quicken for downloading account transactions from online banking will not be available until 11-1-2017.


Member Notice: For Quicken users

As Municipal Employees CU of OKC completes its system conversion, you will need to modify your Quicken settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data. Please reference the dates next to each task as this information is time sensitive. To complete these instructions, you will need your User ID and Password for each Financial Institution.

You should perform the following instructions exactly as described and in the order presented. If you do not, your online banking connectivity may stop functioning properly. This conversion should take 15–30 minutes. | Download the instructions here >

Me/CU is excited that after almost two years of planning we will be upgrading our Computer System to better serve our members!

It is our commitment to you, our members, to be the Best Credit Union we can possibly be. To take this commitment to the next level, we will be upgrading our Computer System. Please note the following crucial information about the weekend of our upgrade:

The upgrade will begin Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 12 noon.

  • Members will have limited access with their ATM/Debit card after 12 noon Saturday, September 30, 2017 until Monday, October 2, 2017 at Noon.
  • Members will be limited to withdraw an amount of $100.00 at Service Centers during this time.
  • Online and Mobile Banking Services will not be available during this time.
  • All offices will be closed Saturday, September 30, 2017 at noon until 12 noon on Monday, October 2, 2017.
  • We expect all services and offices to be fully operational by 12 noon October 2, 2017
