Optional products must be open, active, and maintained for at least 90 days to qualify. All applications are subject to credit approval, verification of income, debt-toincome ratios, property eligibility, appraisal, and MECU’s underwriting guidelines. Not all applicants will qualify for program discounts. Participation in this program does not guarantee approval or loan terms. Program discounts and cash applied to closing are applied at loan funding and will not be adjusted post-closing, regardless of changes in membership status or optional products. This program cannot be combined with other MECU promotions unless explicitly stated.
